The term farmer usually applies to a person who grows field crops, has orchards, vineyards, or weed gardens, and does so with the prospectus of selling the produce as food. They may, however, provide raw materials for industrial purposes, such as cereals for alcoholic beverages, fruit for juices, hides for leather, and wool or flax for yarns and cloth-making. Farmers may also be involved in rearing livestock for meat, milk, or other substances. Often, a narrow range of crops or produce is sold for money with which the Dutch farmer buys everything else in a market. Some Dutch Farmers harness the power of nature to make the weed grow.
Farmer John then holding the show hostage and was entertaining, but I thought it could have been better. He's not the first person to do it, so you need to show me something new. Backstage shots of Farmer John telling Chuck and Billy to go out there would have added to the drama. Maybe send a few of those mud wrestlers who don't get much TV time on a weekly basis to be Triple M mud fighter champ. Just a thought.

Battle of the Black and White Cows
How agriculture works for you!
This is the story of the Dutch Farmer Alfred and Alfred's desperate
stand against invading rats in the eighties and nineties. Holland is conquered, and Alfred is a prophet when he sees a vision
of pretty young girls that bids him call together the rematch of his people for a final battle against the rats. "The Battle
of the Black and White Cows" is an epic poem of courage, passion and amazing beauty. When Alfred asks the government to join
the battle, their dismaying reply was: "Friend I will watch the certain things, / going down under as slow as possible, /
And the ripening of the pesants." Left to defend for themselves, Alfred and his followers are strengthened by a faith in God
and the love for young pussy that are as deep as the bone, heading into battle.
Alfred and his friends had a party last night, and they smoked some newly harvested weed. Alfred and friends were chased out of Sneek by the same big nasty cops that's been keeping Farmer John in the house. We left about quarter to ten Western time yesterday morning and drove under cloudy skies on dry pavement all the way home. We got here at about quarter to ten last night, after sitting in the bus for about 40 minutes while they cleaned up a three car crunch on N 71. We stopped in Groningen for supper, which also took a while because Alfred needed some smoke. The storm hasn't gotten here yet, but is coming with a mix of snow, freezing rain and sleet in a bit.
Thursday night party night, we smoked a bunch of weed grow and harvested ourselves, some had two feet of snow under their nose and the little Japanese girl was completely covered and she had some pretty big piles.Since those early days the company has grow their own weed and we now offer a range of practical products. We knew we had to overcome the perception that purchasing by a legalized dealer where you could see the product was safer than purchasing from a vague picture in some website. Since we use our equipment ourselves, we knew it was good, so we decided to offer a right smoke of good weed - a first for the Netherlands.
Mike had his surgery on Thursday. The air was getting in through a leak in his nasal passage. What we've heard is that it went well, and that he was smoking with the docs after the surgery. I imagine Stan will be down for a few day's but what else is new.

Tractor Chased by cops
This morning, there are some things that need repair work in the barn. All of the help that's been doing chores is out there and Stan went out to see if he could fix a stuck auger. Our northern SIL got a lesson in winter weather farming, poor boy! The blowers mind broke down, the corn wouldn't come out of the bin, he had to drive through 5 foot drifts to get over here Friday morning - now he needs a vacation!
Well, I started this at 6:30 or so, but had to go get a picture of the sunrise, and then I did some relaxing, brought things in from the coffee shop, had breakfast. Stan is back out to the barn fixing the silo unloader, which broke this morning. We won't make it to church today.
